North Tyneside elected Mayor Linda Arkley pledged council support for manufacturers after visiting visited one of the borough’s business success stories.
Mrs Arkley joined James Ramsbotham, Chief Executive of the North East Chamber of Commerce, on a visit to Chirton Engineering Limited, at its North Shields base on the West Chirton Industrial Estate.
